You have a 100 day warranty on your purchase. In case you received a design with a defect, we ask you to send us images of the defect by mail to info@papcollective.com
We care for our products and take extra care to deliver them to you in excellent condition. Still, it can happen damages occur during transport or anything else in which you believe you can claim the warranty. You are legally obliged to let us know within 2 months after observation of the defect. In case the observation is within the warranty, we will without additional expense take care of the repair or replacement. In case of replacement the product needs to be returned.
